Current WTFR Residents

If you would like to help sponsor any of our current residents please see the 'Ways to help' tab below. Sponsoring helps with any vet care, grooming, food, supplies and anything needed during their stay with us. We are so grateful for each of you!

Remington

4 yrs

Remi is an assumed male Green Cheek Conure. He is a busy energetic guy, he was never caged during the day and was free to roam. He will need a home with tons of attention. He can be nippy but loving to his people of choice. A home with NO small kids is needed for Remi. He is used to being around other birds, would do fine with similar sized species in home.

Zephyr

16yrs

Zephyr is a funny full of personality lover boy. He prefers to bond to men vs ladies, but he does tolerate other humans and animals in the home. Zephyr is a velcro bird with a hint of separation anxiety, his noise level is high when he can not see or be with his person. He is ready to be a mans very best friend for many years to come. He loves car rides and going everywhere with you.

Grufferson

10 months

Pending Adoption

Phoebe

35 years

Phoebe is 35yrs (estimated), she bonds more to ladies vs men. She is considered to be a senior and will need someone who will give her all the love. Phoebe is slightly arthritic but it does not effect her infectious laughter and love that she has to give, only what type of perches she needs. She will love you to the end of the earth if you give her the time and lap to snuggle in. She loves to be snuggled in your coat against your chest to go for walks once she has bonded to you.

Simon

10yrs

Simon is a 10 year old male, White face Cockatiel. In true white face fashion he is snuggly and lovey one second and tell you off the next. He is full of personality and spunk, he will keep you on your toes but give you lots of laughs and love at the same time!
